I have been brainstorming ideas about how to pursue myself, woo, and seduce myself into a deep unconditional and life long love! Honestly, self-love has not necessarily been my forte. In a society that promotes a consumerist self-flog mentality when it comes to “self-improvement” it is hard to see what self-love really looks like sometimes.
Therefore, I have been creating a list of ideas to better nurture and romance myself! Here are 20!
1. Take long candle lit baths.
2. Take yourself on one surprise date per week.
3. Make yourself a beautiful, nurturing, and artistic dinner.
4. Serve yourself breakfast in bed.
5. Write yourself a love letter.
6. Tell yourself “I love YOU” many times per day.
7. Buy new lingerie!
8. Practice an extra form of physical self-care at least once per week.
9. Take a fun class you always wanted to try out!
10. Buy yourself a commitment ring!
11. Buy or pick yourself flowers.
12. Take a long walk on the beach.
13. Dance with yourself.
14. Buy yourself a book that promotes self-love.
15. Exercise in ways that are fun and feel like play.
16. Try a new fancy drink once a week.
17. Take yourself to the movies.
18. Talk to your higher self daily and ask how you can love yourself more deeply and live your calling!
19. Spend time with friends that make you laugh a lot.
20. Give yourself a Tarot Reading!
I feel like this list of 20 is a good start! And I am excited to see what else my Boho Spirits might include in their own personal lists or suggest!
