Halloween is almost here and my Tarot Halloween Party Events and Readings are selling like pumpkin hot cakes! If you still want to book me for a Halloween Party I do have some time slots left. So, hit me up and let me know how you might want me to color your Masquerade Ball, Carn-evil, or Spooky Celebration with some mystical spiritual perspective!
Also, I am offering another special deal for those friends who desire a special, alluring, and mystical Halloween experience during the month of October! To honor the October Halloween Season I will be offering “Bring a Friend Specials” because we all know that “Mystery likes company!” Through October both YOU and a friend can each get a 30 minute Tarot Reading, that is one Reading for YOU and one Reading for you friend for just $100 ($50 each!) That is a $30 savings so that you and your bestie can also go out to dinner or put the money you saved into your epic Halloween Costume!
Halloween is Scorpio time, and the Death Tarot Card so wonderfully suits Halloween. The archetype of death, the grim reaper, and Saturn with his scythe represents transformation, renewal, and darkest time of the year. It is at this time of the year that we let go of the old, and let it become the soil through which new things grow! “No mud, no lotus” as Thich Nhat Hanh says!
Halloween is celebrated on October 31st, while Samhain is celebrated at sunset on October 31st through November 1st. Samhain is a Gaelic celebration, which marks the end of harvest season and the beginning of the darkest portion of the year. Samhain was believed to be a liminal time where the spirits of those who passed and faeries were able to come into our physical world. This holiday was celebrated with costumes, cleansing, bonfires, feasts, and divination!
Also celebrated during this time is Dia De Muertos or Day of the Dead. Within Mexican culture, this holiday focuses on gathering family together to celebrate the life of those loved ones who have passed, to pray for those who are gone, and to help them on their spiritual journeys. The culture intricately designs altars that they decorate with photos of those who passed, sugar skulls, food, and prayers.
So, whether you are celebrating Halloween, Samhain, or Day of the Dead I would love to add to the Season of Spooks by Reading Tarot Cards at your Party or giving you a Reading for Halloween! Please feel free to call, mention this blog, and I will be sure to fit you in! All offers are good through October 31st!
