Spring, Ostara, being a Busy Bee, Turning Forty, and my True Will!

Since the Spring Equinox I have been intending to write some standard astrological,

Seasonal, and holiday blogs meanwhile being torn between that and stream of consciousness writing which feels so much more inspiring to me.

Now, I must say that this Spring has been a delight! The Vernal Equinox and Ostara rituals I held for Octavia were delightfully sweet and creative, and I am not just talking about the jelly beans! I created an Invocation of the Chocolate Rabbit ritual along with integrating the energy of the Spring Season through metaphor and symbol with bunnies, eggs, chicks, and greenery. We had a ton of fun!

Next came April Fool’s Day which has always been my “favorite holiday” of the year with it’s pranks, antics, and general Tom-foolery! The childlike, trusting, and adventurous energy of the Fool is one that I love so much, and is my favorite Tarot card too!

Next came the Thelemic Holy Days on April 8th, 9th, and 10th where I reconnected with my spiritual practice and got excited all over again about being a Thelemite and got clear about what living my True Will really felt like!

AND then on April 11th I turned 40!!! I discovered that I feel really comfortable and fortified in my forty year old Spirit and skin. The light of my life has been really shining on what I should do with the next 10–20 years of my life! It is said that one should not start studying Qabalah until they are 40 and that statistics show that people come into their power and success after 40. So…

There is so much that I want to do with my spirit now that I have reached this milestone of “over the hill” haha! I feel excited about expanding my business, writing, deepening my Tarot and spiritual craft to share, and really helping some folks discover and uncover their True Will.

Talking to my mother I said out loud what I always knew about myself. That I am here as a Tarot Reader and Spiritual Analyst to connect deeply with others, divinity to divinity, Star to Star they they might connect and maintain contact with who they are, their Spirit and not just their ego and personality, their “I” instead of their “me”.

This is literally the most intimate thing I do, is to help others “dig deep” to their “first cause” which is their True Will so that they might reconnect with living a life of deep purpose and meaning along with being a Star! And this is not just some heady pursuit but a practice of feeling lit up, shining your truth, and excited as fuck about being here, and alive!

This spark, this Will, this bliss is literally everything and I from my heart of hearts believe that our connection with it is the purpose of our lives!
